Where a verification provider processes this information, its identity, purpose and data categories are described in the third-party sharing list below. We obtain the applicable authorization before processing and separate consent where required. Refusal affects the relevant effect or verification function, not other features that do not depend on it. Processing and retention follow the applicable function notice and the retention section of this policy; we do not use verification facial information for advertising.

Additional details: clipboard, identifiers and regional signals

Clipboard

When you choose to copy text, a message or a link, the app writes your selected content to the system clipboard for you to paste. This action does not authorize us to read or upload other clipboard content.

Device, advertising and installation identifiers

The app and relevant SDKs may process Android ID, OAID, IDFA/IDFV, Google advertising ID and installation analytics identifiers to distinguish app installation instances, associate necessary service requests and measure channel performance. Availability depends on platform, feature and authorization. For example, the Tenjin analytics installation ID is cached locally and may accompany service requests to our servers for attribution and event association. Third-party recipients and purposes are listed below. Where system authorization for advertising tracking is required, it is requested under the applicable platform rules; refusing such tracking does not restrict unrelated basic features.

Application installation information

When you choose WeChat login or sharing, the app may check whether the target application is available to complete the handoff; this is not the same as obtaining a list of all installed applications. Regional checks and attribution may also process this app's package name, installation source or distribution channel for those purposes, not the contents of unrelated applications.

Region, network and location signals

For regional checks, applicable service rules and security, we process available signals such as IP address, SIM and network country, carrier-related codes, system region, language, time zone and this app's installation source. Signals that are unavailable, unauthorized or not used by the feature are not treated as collected. Precise GPS location is processed only when the relevant feature is used with the required location authorization. These signals support regional and security decisions and are not automatically displayed to other users.

Push identifiers and account association

To deliver message, call and service notifications, we and the enabled push provider process push client identifiers (such as Getui CID/GID or manufacturer RegID) and necessary device and network information, associating the push destination with your account. Providers and data categories are listed below. You can manage notification permissions in system settings; disabling notifications may affect alerts, not unrelated features.

Retention and control

These identifiers, signals and association records are handled under the retention and rights sections of this policy for the period necessary for the stated purpose or required by law. You can manage authorization through system permissions and relevant app settings, or use the contact details in this policy to request access, correction or deletion.
